Vice President, Fundraising
Join our Impact team, focusing on fundraising within ICONIQ’s community and broader private philanthropy around the world. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding ICONIQ Impact’s donor base by generating leads, nurturing relationships at all stages, and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet fundraising targets. You will leverage your network and maximize potential within ICONIQ’s network and collaborate with the rest of the ICONIQ Impact team to elevate our storytelling, events, and content to achieve our ambitious philanthropic goals– domestically and in key markets around the world. This role sits within ICONIQ Impact which catalyzes collaborative philanthropy for effective giving at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation
- Execute strategic research and analysis to generate and engage with cold leads, to engage with some of the world’s largest individual and institutional givers.
- Create and execute a strategy to build the top and middle of our fundraising funnel, taking into account ICONIQ’s brand and niche in the financial services and philanthropy markets.
- Outreach Strategies & Analytics
- Create and drive an engagement strategy for each of ICONIQ Impact’s Co-Labs and initiatives, accounting for lead time to research and develop relationships.
- Leverage data analytics to originate outreach strategies and campaigns, and to optimize outreach efforts.
- Relationship Development & Management
- Cultivate meaningful high-touch relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders in the early stages of engagement.
- Oversee internal relationships with internal client teams identifying opportunities, and equipping them with content and thoughtful ways to engage clients; maintaining a regular cadence of updates and touchpoints.
- Goal Alignment & Scaling Impact
- Contribute to ICONIQ Impact’s goal of surpassing $1 billion in grants advised by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver against a quota of $50M in committed funds to ICONIQ Impact initiatives in year one, increasing annually with ambitious growth goals.
- Pipeline Management
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective donors and partners.
- Track donor interactions and engagement in Salesforce to ensure alignment with ICONIQ Impact’s goals.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising for nonprofits or philanthropic institutions.
- Familiarity with private philanthropy and ultra-high net wealth individuals.
- Fluency in Salesforce.
- Experience partnering with or overseeing marketing.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, with proficiency in using data to inform strategies.
- A passion for impact-driven work and philanthropy.
- Ability to build relationships and trust across varied geographies and cultures.
- Deep curiosity to learn about a vast array of topics that span multiple issue areas and/or geographies.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000 - $245,000 together with the benefits listed above.
