Role Overview
The Vice President of Publisher and Distribution Partnerships will lead the team responsible for expanding, retaining and strengthening the ID5 ID’s global footprint. In this new role, they will be responsible for scaling Publisher Operations, Publisher Development and Distribution Partnerships with media properties and technology platforms to enable easier access and adoption of the ID5 ID. They will work closely with counterparts across the ID5 leadership team, particularly those in Sales, Global Services and Marketing, to collaborate in support of common goals to improve ID5 solutions across web, mobile app and CTV environments. This role is not responsible for direct revenue maintenance or growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop executable strategies for achieving company’s global ID distribution goals across web, mobile app and CTV channels
- Manage and scale a team, including Director level reports and their direct reports
- Act as executive sponsor for some of ID5’s most strategic, high profile partnerships
- Speak on ID5’s behalf at industry conferences, panels and events
- Develop goals and provide detailed updates across key performance metrics
- Demonstrate internal leadership, engaging in cross-functional collaboration to evaluate viability and resource needs of potential distribution partnerships
- Provide on-going market feedback to C-suite, peers and broader ID5 organization
- Negotiate great distribution deals for ID5, including knowing when to “walk away”
Key Requirements
- 12+ years experience selling or business development in AdTech
- 5+ years of management experience, including building and scaling a team
- Demonstrable track record of leading a team to achieve, if not exceed goals
- Strong executive presence and communication skills - experience selling into multiple stakeholders across an organization including C-suite
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising
- Can confidently explaining technology based solutions
- Ability to travel up to 30% of time, including internationally
- Preferred:
- Strong professional network of contacts across publishers, including CTV broadcasters and mobile application publishers/developers
- Early stage start-up experience (companies <100 people)
- Experience with NA, APAC, EMEA, LATAM global market dynamics
- Well informed and interested in regulatory trends surrounding consumer privacy, the programmatic landscape and players within the online media ecosystem
