Marketing Intern

Role Overview: 

ID5 is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern, with a can-do attitude, to join our expanding team. This internship, lasting 12 months, offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on B2B marketing experience and support our marketing efforts in various areas including event management, PR, content marketing, and product marketing. Your performance will be reviewed after 9 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role within the marketing team, specializing in event management and planning. This is a remote role; however, the Marketing Intern is encouraged to work from our London office in Devonshire Square to benefit from in-person collaboration and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning of ID5 hosted events including venue and supplier sourcing
  • Help with the planning of event sponsorship including branding and swag
  • Support the event attendance of the team, monitoring early bird rates and purchasing tickets
  • Assist in the creation and update of marketing collateral including sales presentations and material
  • Support the building of newsletters and emails
  • Draft social media posts & help with social media monitoring
  • Support the reporting of marketing activities

Key Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a strong passion for B2B marketing and event management, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • You have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite - docs, slides and sheets.
  • You can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in event planning or related fields is a plus. What we offer to our talent
