Senior Account Manager, Publisher Operations

Remote

ID5 enables addressable and measurable advertising to support the growth of the digital economy and provide free and safe access to content and services. Technical changes, signal loss, and increasingly more stringent data protection regulations require new, advanced technologies that enable audience addressability while respecting people’s privacy preferences.

ID5 has risen to this challenge and developed solutions that support publishers’ and marketers’ need for better addressability. Its laser focus on Identity sets it apart from competitive solutions and enables the company to offer the most advanced and sophisticated identity services to over 100,000 media properties, and hundreds of technology platforms and advertisers, making it the most adopted identity solution in the market.

About the Role

As the lead U.S. Publisher Account Manager, you will own and oversee partnerships with top-tier U.S. publishers, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted identity partner. You will help publishers future-proof their monetization strategies in an evolving digital landscape, ensuring they maximize the value of ID5’s identity solutions.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the most influential publishers in the industry, shaping their approach to identity and audience monetization. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, optimizing integrations, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.

What will you do?

  • Drive publisher development efforts to acquire new U.S. publisher partnerships, explaining the ID5 value proposition and its benefits in a cookieless world.
  • Onboard new publisher accounts to the ID5 platform, liaising with cross-department stakeholders as needed, including our Commercial, Technical, and Legal teams.
  • Lead the integration setup post-signature, ensuring account health at the time of launch and communicating best practices for optimal performance.
  • Act as first-level support for technical questions and QA, troubleshooting any technical issues as they arise.
  • Proactively monitor account health for top-tier publishers on a monthly basis to ensure integrations are optimized; coordinate and lead check-in calls on a quarterly basis.
  • Lead strategic efforts to grow the U.S. publisher footprint by expanding usage and adoption across the ID5 product suite and various commercial use cases.
  • In partnership with the Marketing team, manage go-to-market promotion and case study opportunities with key accounts (newsletters, business cases, joint events including webinars, happy hours, and panels, etc.).
  • Liaise with ID5’s Product team to contribute to the design of new features and capabilities to improve publisher services based on feedback from active partners and prospects.

Who are we looking for?

  • 4–7 years of experience managing partnerships with premium publishers.
  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and the broader ad tech ecosystem.
  • A driven and strategic professional with a consultative approach to partnership and account management.
  • An articulate and confident professional with strong relationship-building and presentation skills, skilled in engaging senior leaders and handling objections with a consultative approach.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • A performance-driven professional with a quantitative mindset, a strong interest in digital advertising technologies, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • An entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives in a startup environment. Responsibility, autonomy, enthusiasm, humility, drive, and a willingness to learn are key characteristics required to be successful in this role.
