Role Overview
ID.me is seeking a driven Executive Assistant to support our growing Engineering team. In this role, you will provide unparalleled support to our Engineering Executives by acting as a force multiplier to increase their effectiveness. You will anticipate the needs of your Executives and their team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the needs of the Executive you support.
You will significantly improve Executives’ productivity by 1) managing their time and focusing their work and 2) acting as an extension of the Executive on some tasks, projects, and some decisions.
You will be at the heart of what makes the organization tick – you will manage calendars, coordinating schedules, improving the effectiveness of meetings, and focusing the executive on the most company-critical objectives. As you seek to make the Executive you support more efficient, you will take on a variety of tasks: basic project management, meeting preparation, light event planning and coordination.

Responsibilities
- We’ll start with what this job is not: This job is not just an extensive array of administrative tasks (managing and improving calendars, schedules, appointments, expense reports). You must be excellent at those things but your excellence and efficiency gives you bandwidth to contribute in a much more comprehensive way.
- Focus executives by providing “gatekeeper” service
- Examine and optimize existing operations (meeting cadence, agendas, reports)
- Liaise with the Executive Assistant team to build strong working relationships and to ensure success for the ID.me Leadership Team
- Assist in the preparation of professional presentations for a variety of internal and external meetings
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects – e.g., project management and tracking, documentation
Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience providing support to multiple VP and/or C-level Tech executives
- Proficient in Google G-Suite (Email, Calendar, Sheets, etc)
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter who takes the initiative, owns projects and meets deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Must be a team player with a strong, self-managing work ethic
- Must be a self-starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
The annual base salary listed does include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

$120,000 - $150,000 USD
