Product Intake and Operations Specialist
Location: McLean, VA or Mountain View, CA

About this Role
We are seeking a Product Intake and Operations Specialist to support intake management, process development, and cross-functional alignment across the Product organization. This is a hands-on role where you will combine strategic thinking with tactical execution to ensure that the right initiatives are prioritized and executed effectively.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Executive teams. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, transparency, and alignment within a fast-paced and growing product organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Intake Management
- Support the intake process for new feature requests, feedback, product questions, and bug reports.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to align intake items with product roadmaps and priorities.
- Track and organize incoming requests to ensure visibility across the team.
- Prepare summaries and reports that highlight trends and key focus areas from the intake process.
Use Case Intake Management
- Document and track Sales-qualified opportunities that require new product use cases.
- Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to ensure requirements are captured clearly and routed appropriately.
- Maintain records of customer-driven use cases and support communication to stakeholders.
- Identify patterns in use cases that may inform future product development.
Process Development & Project Management
- Support cross-functional process improvement efforts by documenting workflows and gathering feedback.
- Assist in project management activities such as preparing project updates and tracking action items.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of new processes.
- Provide hands-on support to implement process changes and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, or STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience managing intake processes and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives to completion.
- Excellent business analytics and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Hands-on attitude with a bias toward action and ability to execute quickly while maintaining strategic alignment.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

Pay Range
$119,000 - $170,000 USD
