Overview
ID.me is seeking a Contracts Manager to provide end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from planning and negotiation to post-award administration. This role ensures that contract processes deliver maximum value, mitigate risk, and align with the organization’s business goals.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism. Familiarity with public sector contracting (at the federal or state and local level (SLED), specifically GSA Schedule contracts, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Compliance Support
- Support projects related to regulatory compliance and process improvements, maintaining accurate documentation and communication across departments.
- Recommend and execute process enhancements and improvements; document current policies, processes, and protocols to help ensure consistency; manage contract repository and engagement data to ensure the company achieves full value from contracts
Contract Administration
- Interface regularly and effectively with business partners and professionals, as well as external clients, regarding execution of responsibilities, and to drive desired outcomes; apply good judgment about risk and growth to protect the organization by creating contracts from the agreed, standardized templates and clauses
- Set up and maintain contract files, ensuring data integrity within the company’s contract management systems.
- Review terms and conditions to identify and summarize key provisions, risks, and obligations — including financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, intellectual property, termination provisions, and indemnification.
- Track contract lifecycles — from initiation and review through execution, performance, and closeout.
Additional Support
- Assist with special projects, including contract research, audit preparation, and due diligence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 4+ years of progressive corporate contracts or procurement experience.
- Master's Certificate or industry certifications from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), DAWIA, or FAC-C are strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate contract compliance processes and/or strong understanding of Federal or SLED procurement processes.
- Familiarity with different contract types (State and Local procurement vehicles, FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.).
- Ability to serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external contracting officers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize and convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce or other contract management tools is a plus.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

The above represents the anticipated total rewards package for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.
Pay Range
$94,000 - $121,000 USD
ID.me is a full-time, in-office culture. Unless a specific job description explicitly states otherwise, all roles are on-site five days per week at one of our offices in McLean, VA; Mountain View, CA; New York City, NY; or Tampa, FL.
