Role Overview

ID.me is seeking a high-potential Manager, Corporate Finance & FP&A to join our Finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an upcoming MBA graduate who is eager to launch or continue their career in Finance and make an immediate impact at a mission-driven technology company with a rapidly scaling platform with strong market adoption.

Reporting to the VP of Finance & Strategic Planning, you will work on projects that shape the financial future of the company, from forecasting and valuation to investor relations and corporate strategy. You’ll gain hands-on experience with financial modeling, investor communications, and corporate development, while learning directly from senior leadership and collaborating cross-functionally with leaders across the organization.

We are seeking highly motivated MBAs with strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do mindset. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves environment where you will contribute to an innovative culture, continuously improve processes, and help scale a high-growth company.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and refine ID.me’s short- and medium-term consolidated financial models, including balance sheet, cash flow, and valuation analysis.

  • Partner with business leaders across functions to drive forecasting processes and translate business drivers into financial impact.

  • Develop management reporting packages to inform the Board of Directors and executive decision-makers.

  • Support the preparation of investor relations materials and contribute to external communications with the investment community.

  • Conduct market research and peer benchmarking to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Assist with corporate development and fundraising activities, including due diligence, modeling, and presentation support for equity and debt financing.

  • Contribute to other FP&A capabilities such as revenue and expense forecasting, hiring and resource tracking, unit economics analysis, and product roadmap business cases.

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA degree with a concentration in Finance, Strategy, or related field (graduation expected in 2026).

  • Strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel; ability to translate business drivers into 3-statement models and scenario analyses.

  • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to connect market trends, competitive dynamics, and financial performance.

  • Solid understanding of financial accounting (GAAP); SaaS or technology industry exposure is a plus.

  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating executive-ready presentations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell a story through data.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Interest in applying AI tools to enhance financial and operational forecasting.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
