University 2026 Intern: Product Operations

We are seeking a Product Operations Intern to support intake management, process development, and cross-functional alignment across the Product organization. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product operations while learning how strategic initiatives are prioritized and executed in a fast-paced, mission-driven technology company.
As an intern, you gain exposure to both the strategic and tactical aspects of product operations. This is an excellent opportunity to apply classroom concepts in a real-world setting while building practical skills in product strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Product Intake Support
- Assist in managing the intake process for new feature requests, product feedback, and bug reports.
- Help track and organize incoming requests, ensuring visibility across the Product team.
- Support preparation of summaries and reports highlighting trends and key focus areas.
Use Case & Customer Insights
- Document and track Sales-qualified opportunities that may require new product use cases.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure requirements are captured and communicated.
- Identify emerging patterns in customer use cases that can inform product strategy.
Process Development & Project Support
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by documenting workflows and gathering team feedback.
- Support project management activities such as creating project updates, tracking milestones, and following up on action items.
- Collect and analyze data to help measure the effectiveness of new processes and recommend enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or work experience in technology or operations.
- Familiarity with SaaS or digital product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Interest in product management, operations, or strategy.
