Content Designer
Mid-Level Content Designer
(i.e.,) is currently looking for a Consultant – Content Designer to join our team and support the delivery of user-focused digital experiences, spanning content design, content production, and information architecture. You’ll be working across discovery and design phases, content migration, and BAU support for retained teams — ensuring content is clear, accessible, and aligned with business and user needs.

About the opportunity
We’re seeking a Content Designer with hands-on experience in both content design and content production. In this role, you’ll:

Shape content that is user-first, accessible, and aligned with IA frameworks.

Support IA discovery and design activities, collaborating with UX and design teams.

Produce, migrate, and maintain content across enterprise CMS platforms.

Support the retained content team with BAU content updates and governance.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, BAs, and strategists.

Balance project-based work with ongoing support and enhancement of digital content.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business and user requirements into structured, accessible content.

Partner with wider team to shape site structures and content flows.

Create, migrate, and publish digital content in enterprise CMS platforms.

Ensure content meets accessibility standards (WCAG).
-
Support content governance, templates, and workflows in CMS environments.

Collaborate across disciplines to deliver seamless, user-focused experiences.

Manage competing priorities in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in content design and/or digital content production.

Working knowledge of content management systems (Sitecore, Contentful, or similar).

Understanding of information architecture principles and discovery methods.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.

Strong writing, editing, and structuring skills for digital channels.

Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

Familiarity with agile ways of working.

Bonus: experience with content migration projects or within regulated/complex industries.
