Content Designer - contract

(i.e.,) is currently looking for a Content Designer to join the team on a 4 month contract to be a strategic and creative powerhouse within our content team.

About the opportunity

The (i.e.,) content team sits within our CX discipline. It is a team of experienced creatives who use their passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences to create innovative products and services for our clients. 

The core of your role will be a combination of copywriting, analytics, design and continuous optimisation to create compelling, useful and strategically valuable experiences for audiences. You will confidently contribute to workshops and presentations with clients, and work alongside other internal and external team members of different skill sets and capability levels. You will be collaborating with and supported by a large team including Digital Producers, Data Analysts, UX and UI Designers and Developers.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Mocking up high-fidelity wireframes in Figma and executing expert copywriting.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners (POs) to enhance website assets and seek approvals.
  • Navigating a multi-agency environment, coordinating with branding agencies for assets and campaign dates.
  • Managing both BAU and project streams, requiring a high level of context switching.
  • Ensuring all work aligns with strict brand guidelines and passes legal proofing.
  • Working closely with Data Strategists and Designers to ensure content is insight-led.

We value demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:

  • Figma for high-fidelity wireframing and design.
  • Copywriting that aligns with established marketing and branding strategies.
  • Stakeholder management and the confidence to present to large groups.

 

About You

You are extremely passionate about your craft and care deeply about the ‘why’ behind what you do. You demonstrate a broad understanding of content strategy and have previous experience as a content producer. 

  • 5+ years of experience in content design or strategy.
  • An analytical mindset, using data to inform your content strategy.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and a base understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • The ability to learn or use an enterprise CMS (previous Sitecore experience is a huge plus).
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working within complex brand guidelines.
