Logos Campaign Director
About the role:
Civil society is breaking down. Logos is an ambitious, volunteer-driven project working to rebuild it — through culture, technology, and people power.
This is not a job in the traditional sense. It’s a chance to help build a movement. Logos is first and foremost a cultural project: a community of people committed to creating trust-minimised, corruption-resistant systems that protect civil liberties and enable new forms of cooperation.
We’re building the narrative, networks, and infrastructure for a freer future. Your role is to help spread that signal and mobilise others to join.
This role isn’t about “marketing.” It’s about helping build a global, volunteer-powered movement that can stand against corruption and authoritarianism. If you want to be part of rewriting how civil society works, this is your call to action.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire people to participate: translate our mission into clear calls to action that draw people in.
- Build and grow communities: create pathways for volunteers, local communities / cells, and supporters to contribute and thrive.
- Shape the campaign: work with project + brand leads to design, resource, and prioritise outreach strategies.
- Lead a communications team: coordinate messaging, content, and campaigns that scale our impact
- Grow support: increase donations, amplify our humanitarian aims, and rally new allies.
- Measure what matters: track reach, engagement, and impact of our campaigns.
- Ensure Logos’ humanitarian aims are clearly communicated and understood across all audiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building movements, campaigns, or community organisations.
- 5+ years leading teams, budgets, and strategy.
- Deep passion for web3, decentralisation, and cultural change.
- Strong alignment with our principles & manifesto: https://logos.co/manifesto
- Excellent communicator — both written and verbal
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and inspiring written content
- Comfortable collaborating with a diverse, globally distributed team
Bonus points
- Experience with open source organisations.
- Background in political science
- Background in computer science
- Passion for network states, parallel societies, or alternative governance models.
[Don’t worry if you don’t meet all of these criteria, we’d still love to hear from you anyway if you think you’d be a great fit for this role. Just explain to us why in your cover letter].
