核心职责 Key Responsibilities
深入用户理解与同理心产品设计 Deep Customer Understanding & Empathetic Product Design
  • 开展用户调研,分析客户反馈,利用行为数据识别用户痛点与改进机会 Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • 设计与实施以用户为中心的功能优化方案,确保符合客户需求与业务目标 Design and implement user - centric features and enhancements that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • 与UX/UI设计师合作,打造直观且吸引人的应用体验 Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging app experiences.
数据收集、分析与洞察 Data Collection, Analysis, and Insights
  • 定义关键绩效指标(KPIs),追踪产品举措的成功表现 Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and track the success of product initiatives.
  • 运用分析工具监测用户行为,识别趋势 Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior and identify trends.
  • 将数据洞察转化为可执行的产品策略 Translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
A/B测试与实验 A/B Testing and Experimentation
  • 设计与执行A/B测试及实验,验证假设并优化应用性能 Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize app performance.
  • 分析测试结果,基于数据驱动决策,提升转化率、留存率及用户整体满意度 Analyze test results and make data - driven decisions to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
  • 根据测试结果持续迭代功能与用户流程 Continuously iterate on features and workflows based on test outcomes.
转化率优化(CRO)Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • 专注优化应用全流程(从用户注册到支付完成)的转化率 Focus on improving conversion rates across the app funnel, from onboarding to checkout.
  • 识别并解决用户旅程中的阻碍点,提升整体体验 Identify and address friction points in the user journey to enhance the overall experience.
  • 与市场、设计及技术团队协作,落地以转化为导向的优化方案 Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to implement conversion - focused initiatives.
跨职能协作 Cross - Functional Collaboration
  • 与工程、设计、市场及客服团队紧密合作,推动高质量产品迭代 Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high - quality product updates.
  • 向全公司利益相关方清晰传达产品愿景、优先级及进展 Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
  • 在所有产品讨论中代表用户发声 Act as the voice of the customer in all product discussions.
任职要求 Qualifications
经验 Experience
  • 3 - 5年产品管理经验,有电商、移动应用或数字化产品领域经验者优先 3 - 5 years of product management experience, preferably in e - commerce, mobile apps, or digital products.
  • 具备通过数据驱动决策提升转化率与用户活跃度的成功案例 Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving user engagement through data - driven decision - making.
技能 Skills
  • 精通数据收集、分析与可视化工具(如Google Analytics、Tableau),具备扎实分析能力 Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • 熟练掌握A/B测试及实验设计框架 Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • 深入理解UX/UI原则及移动应用设计最佳实践 Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile app design best practices.
