Product Manager - App
Key Responsibilities
Deep Customer Understanding & Empathetic Product Design
Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement user-centric features and enhancements that align with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging app experiences.
Data Collection, Analysis, and Insights
Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and track the success of product initiatives.
Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior and identify trends.
Translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
A/B Testing and Experimentation
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize app performance.
Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
Continuously iterate on features and workflows based on test outcomes.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Focus on improving conversion rates across the app funnel, from onboarding to checkout.
Identify and address friction points in the user journey to enhance the overall experience.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to implement conversion-focused initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality product updates.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
Act as the voice of the customer in all product discussions.
Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, mobile apps, or digital products.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving user engagement through data-driven decision-making.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile app design best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Mindset:
Customer-obsessed with a deep empathy for user needs and pain points.
Curious, creative, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the health, wellness, or beauty industry.
Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
Knowledge of mobile app development processes and technologies.
