Product Manager - App

• 运用分析工具监测用户行为，识别趋势 Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior and identify trends.
• 将数据洞察转化为可执行的产品策略 Translate data insights into actionable product strategies.

• 设计与执行A/B测试及实验，验证假设并优化应用性能 Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize app performance.
• 分析测试结果，基于数据驱动决策，提升转化率、留存率及用户整体满意度 Analyze test results and make data - driven decisions to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
• 根据测试结果持续迭代功能与用户流程 Continuously iterate on features and workflows based on test outcomes.

• 专注优化应用全流程（从用户注册到支付完成）的转化率 Focus on improving conversion rates across the app funnel, from onboarding to checkout.
• 识别并解决用户旅程中的阻碍点，提升整体体验 Identify and address friction points in the user journey to enhance the overall experience.
• 与市场、设计及技术团队协作，落地以转化为导向的优化方案 Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to implement conversion - focused initiatives.

• 与工程、设计、市场及客服团队紧密合作，推动高质量产品迭代 Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high - quality product updates.
• 向全公司利益相关方清晰传达产品愿景、优先级及进展 Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
• 在所有产品讨论中代表用户发声 Act as the voice of the customer in all product discussions.

• 3 - 5年产品管理经验，有电商、移动应用或数字化产品领域经验者优先 3 - 5 years of product management experience, preferably in e - commerce, mobile apps, or digital products.
• 具备通过数据驱动决策提升转化率与用户活跃度的成功案例 Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving user engagement through data - driven decision - making.

• 精通数据收集、分析与可视化工具（如Google Analytics、Tableau），具备扎实分析能力 Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• 熟练掌握A/B测试及实验设计框架 Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
