Role: Gen AI Customer Success Manager (Account Manager)

Join Inside Ideas in a key account management position, where you'll help execute the excellence of our global in-house studio operations for a beauty client. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll:

  • Manage a diverse, talented group of project managers and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the brand consistency & quality from the initial concept through to execution and delivery.
  • Excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of our work.
  • Integrate automation and AI, to revolutionize content creation and adaptation for iconic beauty brands

More specifically, as the Gen AI Customer Success Manager, you will functions as an account manager, ensuring smooth daily delivery of content solutions via the Pencil platform. This role emphasizes client satisfaction and adherence to client’s standards and ways of working, ensuring satisfaction across up to 5 brands, providing support and guidance on GenAI tools, and facilitating feedback loops for continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Overall responsible for content factory delivery, working with the Gen AI Program Lead to deliver a high volume of localized assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Support project planning, status, risks, and challenges.
  • Onsite client communicator for detailed timeline-specific project queries.
  • Creating production timelines according to SLA’s, building pipeline campaign forecasts to identify production peaks to resource PMs accordingly.
  • As well as owning E2E delivery, you will have offshore capacity to support volumes of work where you will need to brief project managers campaign specifics, timings and scope.
  • Overseeing and signing off IPMs adapted timings based on local market nuance.
  • Tracking regional pre-production tasks such as translations, price validation, global master approvals and market participation.
  • Escalating resource shortfalls to Program Lead and Operations Manager
  • Overseeing and tracking PMs delivery progress, feeding status reports to regional and channel leads.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. .
  • Lead regional production, localisation & delivery, ensuring direction, control, and effective communication throughout the process. Managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
  • Provide PM team leadership, line managing up to 2+ reports.
  • Drive campaign execution, and closure, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery. Ensure data is accurately captured at every step.
  • Support the Program Lead to produce data-lead monthly reporting and strategic QBRs, as well as support across invoicing and out-of-scope work.
  • Lead daily stand-up calls with Satellite Studio teams, ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to the Operations leads
  • Review global campaigns, familiarise yourself with forecast data, to drive foresight of production.
  • Support the Program Lead on campaign kick-off calls, assisting on out-of-scope and out-of-guideline conversations as needed.
  • Ensure brand guardianship of local briefs and global guideline changes, while rolling out local campaigns in the sales market and re-iterating local SLAs.
  • Support Program Lead with cost estimates for additional resource where needed.
  • Champion automation and future-facing ways of working.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in project and/or account management, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing environment
  • Experience with automation and AI tools.
  • Experience with beauty and/or dermatological products.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Risk management and problem-solving, with the ability to pivot and adapt strategies as needed to ensure project success.
  • Leadership skills with financial, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior and intermediate team members.
  • An effective communicator who can foster collaboration across teams, ensuring clarity and alignment in project goals.
  • Experience working with multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
  • Worked with automation and Gen AI tools to deliver content at speed and scale.
  • Demonstrated production experience on global brands with line management experience.
  • Strong account & project management skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
  • Proven ability to drive successful campaign production lifecycles, with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agile methodology.
  • Proficiency forecasting, resource management and project burn rate.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on efficiency and creativity.
  • Passionate about beauty and science-driven content.
  • Desire to explore new technologies and adapt to change.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related software.
  • Tech and data-driven, with experience in client reporting and account transformation.
  • Proven experience implementing complex programs with multiple technologies.
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and strengthen client relationships.
  • Ability to integrate with client-side teams while maintaining top-tier agency service.
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $106,250.00 to $118,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
