About the Role: 

Inside Group Ideas is hiring a seasoned Sr. Account Manager to join our award winning in-house creative, content and production agency. 

For this position, you will play a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of the team and ensuring the smooth running of projects through conception to completion. We’re looking for exceptional characters who want to play a key part in an award-winning agency pushing business growth and overseeing the smooth running of creative production.Working in the advertising, digital or marketing sectors, an Sr. Account Manager ensures the smooth production of campaigns – from strategy and creative concepting, through briefing and production, to managing client relationships and a Jr level Account team members. 

This role is currently a hybrid model based in downtown Chicago. requiring in office 2-3 days a week. Must be over 21+ years old. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Help lead cross-functional teams made up of strategy, visual design, copywriting, and production 
  • Directing and managing a team to provide the utmost level of client service 
  • Liaising with senior-level clients on a day-to-day basis and make other contacts that will strengthen the client relationship 
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients 
  • Develop sales proposals designed to meeting individual client needs that are not covered within scope 
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget 
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically 
  • Manage an account team, along with their growth and development 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional client relationship management role 
  • Experience within social advertising, design and integrated marketing is needed 
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in estimating and SOW development 
  • Exhibits a passion for digital creation and strategy for cross-channel solutions 
  • The ability to plan and strategize with a keen attention to detail  
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Effective client and team management capabilities 
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms and production 
  • Thrives in a fast-pace, ever-changing environment focused on results and progress 
  • Solutions-oriented, upbeat, and a natural-born leader 
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $93,500.00 to $104,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
