Job Summary
iLABS is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our exciting HR Team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about attracting top talent in the beauty and tech industries. Your mission is to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier candidates. This position requires a blend of recruiting expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, hunger to learn--and HR knowledge would be a huge plus! This role will be 70-80% recruiting and 20-30% HR coordinating.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best talent
- Utilize a variety of methods to search for potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates to assess their suitability for the roles
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear and concise job descriptions that accurately reflect the role
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness
- Coordinate interviews and other tasks as needed
- Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Assist HR team on onboarding/offboarding process, orientation, training, and company employee communication.
- Support other HR's tasks and assignments as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or related role (in beauty and/or tech industries would be a huge plus!)
- Associates degree or above in HR, business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education
- Experience with a robust ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude--must possess a high sense of urgency
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- General knowledge of HR best practices
- Experience with an HRIS, preferably ADP, is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual Spanish or Korean is preferred
