Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage finished goods inventory and production schedules. This role involves prioritizing urgent requests, tracking slow-moving inventory, and working with teams to resolve supply and demand issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Good communication and organization skills are essential for ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee finished goods inventory to identify products for upcoming production runs.
  • Continuously adjust production schedules by prioritizing urgent requests and demand changes.
  • Organize meetings to align team efforts on production scheduling goals.
  • Regularly track and manage slow-moving or blocked inventory at production sites.
  • Liaise with internal teams about orders at risk of affecting customer demand fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve supply/demand discrepancies impacting order completion.
  • Engage in issue resolution and identify improvement opportunities within teams.
  • Assess inventory levels against targets to determine the need for stock transfers.
  • Monitor add-on orders and demand fluctuations to prioritize replenishment schedules.
  • Coordinate and track the delivery of goods, managing accurate records of shipments and status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in supply chain, business, or operations management.
  • Proficient in:
    • SAP and Power BI
    • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with a strong command of Microsoft programs (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate across various departments and with different partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Skillful in managing a varied workload, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing effective solutions.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication, along with efficient time management.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
