Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day client management, inclusive of job delegation and strategy stewardship. This account manager will actively manage all digital marketing channels while holistically guaranteeing a cohesive strategy between all departments. The right person will have experience with digital media campaigns, email marketing, social media and brand management. This account manager will report to the Group Account Director, providing weekly summaries on the health of accounts, opportunities for improvement and growth barriers. This person must establish positive, healthy working relationships with their clients and team members and be able to think critically across multiple industry categories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Client relationship and health of their account(s)
  • Manages and is responsible for client strategy
  • Kicks off projects and delegates ownership
  • Understand how paid media is working and impacting the success of the business
  • Responsible for reporting client P&L and identifying areas for improvement 
  • Identifies areas for organic growth within the account(s)
  • Oversees the progress of a job; knows the job status at any given time
  • Monitors competitive activity and collects competitive samples
  • Responsible for supporting leadership within the account
  • Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances
  • Participates in weekly department staff meeting

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Client point of contact
  • Job management & ownership
  • Client request management based on SOW
  • Client media performance management with media team member
  • Manages their day based on client and agency needs; does not need to be micro-managed
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Reports to the Group Account Director
  • Partners with the Digital Media Director on recommendations and media strategy performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
  • Must live within the DFW area

  • 2-3 years agency experience
  • 2-3 years digital performance experience
  • 2-3 client management experience
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proven daily priority management
