About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Specialist who can play a key role in maintaining our systems to the highest standards, exceeding compliance requirements, to ensure we can safely and securely deliver high-quality results to patients. In this role, you will support end users, deploying and troubleshooting workstations and desktop software at Imagen. This is a hands-on, technical role that will afford opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in helpdesk operations and drive effective resolution of issues and requests
- Provisioning and shipping of hardware to employees
- Onboard users, empowering them in their roles from their first day
- Maintain the inventory of computers, software, and other technology equipment, such as monitors, personal hotspots and other peripheral devices
- Generation of documentation for users
- Participation in IT projects and initiatives to improve the experience of Imagen employees and customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience building and maintaining corporate IT systems
- Mission-driven and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes
- Ability to navigate and communicate short- and long-term trade-offs, while delivering solutions you are proud of
- Excellent communication and project management skills, and enjoys working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with one or more controls frameworks (e.g. HITRUST, PCI, SOC 2)
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Okta, MS 365 Administration, Intune, Jamf and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc)
This role is based in New York, NY.
The base salary for the position is between $70,000-$80,000, plus equity and benefits. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
