IR Physician Assistant | Full-Time | Onsite | Expanding Program + Advanced Clinical Environment

About the Position:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday - Dayshift
- Support a comprehensive IR program with a strong focus on image-guided procedures and patient management
- Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with and perform image-guided procedures, including:
- Paracentesis and thoracentesis
- Biopsies and drain placements
- Central line placements and vascular access procedures
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care, including evaluations, education, and follow up
- Monitor patients during procedures and manage any immediate complications
- Conduct patient assessments, including history and physical exams
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Work closely with Interventional Radiologists, nursing staff, and technologists
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000, based on experience

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program recognized by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Active or eligible for Physician Assistant licensure in New York State
- 1+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology preferred

The compensation range for the position is $150,000 - $175,000/ year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
