Data Program Manager
Who We Are
Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-minded Technical Program Manager to partner with our commercial teams as they explore new opportunities, organize launches of new health plan partnerships, and pursue other complex cross functional projects. This person will serve as the connective tissue across Product, Data, Health Informatics, Health Plan Operations, Business Development, and Clinical Leadership — ensuring large initiatives go-live smoothly and new features launch seamlessly into our quickly scaling care delivery business.
- Partner with Health Plan Operations as a member of the Technology team to help lead end-to-end launch execution, ensuring new partnerships go live flawlessly and on schedule.
- Serve as a point of accountability in the launch readiness process – eliminating blockers and opening clear and effective lines of communication between teams.
- Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure our technology and tools best support patient outcomes, caregiver needs, and other organizational goals.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance our platform capabilities, ensuring seamless support for new, improved, and re-configured workflows.
- Partner with our Business Development team to understand emerging opportunities and help understand technical effort and business opportunity.
- Scale through continuous innovation, documenting insights, and writing and improving launch playbooks.
What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.
- 4–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical implementation, or project management (payer, provider, or health tech).
- 10+ years in a Technical Program Management or similar program / stakeholder management role
- Excellent program/project management skills — able to create structure out of ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of how care delivery organizations integrate with payers and configure systems like EHRs, data for analytics, and other internal delivery platforms.
- Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle process or scrum management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical delivery timelines.
- Collaborative communicator who can distill complex operational and clinical requirements into clear next steps.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where cross-functional execution is key.
