Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will:
Design & Development
- Design and develop self-paced eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent — from storyboard through final published output
- Build scenario-based learning experiences, clinical case studies, and branching simulations that reflect the complexity of pediatric virtual care
- Create performance support materials including job aids, quick reference guides, and workflow-embedded resources for clinical and operational teams
- Develop assessments and knowledge checks grounded in adult learning principles and aligned to observable performance outcomes
- Translate complex clinical and technical content into clear, accessible learning that resonates with a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce
Collaboration & Partnership
- Partner with clinical subject matter experts, operational leaders, and technology stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and define learning solutions
- Collaborate with the broader L&D team to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and quality across all learning products
- Participate in project intake, scoping, and timeline management, communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the design process
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using data from the LMS (Docebo), learner feedback, and performance indicators
- Stay current with instructional design methodology, healthcare learning trends, and emerging tools — and bring that knowledge back to the team
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of L&D standards, templates, and design processes
What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to creating the world our children deserve. You want an active role in building a diverse and value-driven culture. - Strong writing skills — you can make complex content clear without oversimplifying it
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Comfort with ambiguity — you are resourceful, proactive, and don't wait to be handed a fully formed brief
Preferred
- Experience designing learning for healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Docebo or similar learning management systems
- Experience designing for equity — including culturally responsive content, plain language, and accessibility standards
- Background or coursework in instructional design, education, healthcare, or a related field
