About the Role
Imagine Worldwide Sierra Leone is seeking a reliable and hardworking Store Hand to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods while ensuring accurate stock records are maintained in ERPNext and the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase records.
- Record received goods in ERPNext under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Arrange and store items properly within the warehouse according to storage procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Process and record dispatched goods in ERPNext accurately.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Support stock counts and inventory checks.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Always follow warehouse safety and security procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Previous warehouse or store experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERPNext.
- Physically fit and able to lift goods safely.
- Honest, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
