Our most advanced pipeline programs are varegacestat (formerly AL102), a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors, IM-1021, a ROR1 ADC with an active IND, and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, which is the subject of an IND expected to be submitted in the first quarter of 2025. Our pipeline also includes IM-1617, IM-1335, and IM-1340, all of which are preclinical ADCs pursuing undisclosed targets with expression in multiple solid tumors.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Contract Administrative Assistant to support some of our Bothell site leadership and their teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization, support multiple people and their critically important work, and contribute to the success of our company. This is a 6-8 month contract role with the possibility of extension.

 

Responsibilities

Leadership Support

  • Manage the leaders’ calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Act as a point of contact between leaders and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.

 

Communication

  • Prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication within the leadership team and across departments.

 

Meeting Coordination

  • Plan and organize meetings and team gatherings.
  • Ensure meeting materials are distributed in advance and that meeting logistics run smoothly.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

 

Travel

  • Plan and book all flight and travel accommodations.
  • Provide travel itinerary and be available for urgent travel needs.
  • Research accommodation, dining options, and provide recommendations as needed.

 

General team support

  • Assist with providing team members’ general support.
  • Provide general support to visitors, interview candidates and new hires.
  • Track the submission of contracts and POs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing priorities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support to leaders.
  • Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Industry experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex scheduling requests and communicate effectively with senior leadership, and internal and external partners.
  • Available to respond to urgent request and/or emergencies during evening, weekend, and holidays.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an ever-changing, team-oriented environment.

WA State Contract Pay Transparency (Hourly Rate)

$40.76 - $53.04 USD
