Position Overview

The Director, Market Insights will lead Immunome’s forecasting, market research, and analytics capabilities. This role serves as a key member of the Commercial organization, working with Commercial, Medical, and Finance to ensure decisions are grounded in rigorous data, clear assumptions, and actionable insights.

The individual will serve as the internal ‘voice of the market’ and be responsible for translating market dynamics into forward-looking revenue forecasts, designing and executing primary market research, and building analytics frameworks that guide understanding of the landscape and launch planning.

Responsibilities

Forecasting

  • Own revenue forecasts for Immunome’s portfolio, with near-term focus on
  • Build and maintain patient-flow and market models to inform product and portfolio strategy.
  • Apply multiple forecasting approaches to triangulate opportunity and quantify risk.

Assumptions & Alignment

  • Partner cross-functionally to define and pressure-test key assumptions (pricing, uptake, duration, competition).
  • Integrate market research and real-world data into forecasts.
  • Lead scenario planning to evaluate strategic tradeoffs.

 Market Research & Analytics

  • Design and execute primary market research to support strategy, launch readiness, and forecasting.
  • Generate insights from qualitative, quantitative, and real-world data.
  • Partner with analytics teams to enable data-driven decision making.

Insights Integration

  • Synthesize research, analytics, and forecasts into a single strategic narrative.
  • Serve as the internal “voice of the market.”
  • Communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in biopharma/oncology forecasting, market research, insights, or analytics.
  • Launch experience preferred; US & Global experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated cross functional teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

Washington State Pay Range

$189,420 - $277,135 USD
