
Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Position Overview
The Manager, Supply Chain Systems will serve as the primary business owner for Immunome’s digital supply chain platforms, with a focus on NetSuite ERP, master data governance, analytics and reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring supply chain systems are robust, integrated, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will combine system expertise, innovation and a proactive drive to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and provide actionable insights to support Immunome’s growing clinical and commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of overall strategy for Supply Chain systems at Immunome, including ERP, advanced planning, master data, analytics and reporting.
- Serve as the business owner for Supply Chain related NetSuite ERP modules.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation related to system requirements and processes.
- Manage projects involving requirements updates, system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new digital tools as Immunome’s supply chain evolves.
- Execute Supply Chain related activities for system change controls, testing, and validation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, integration, and data accuracy.
- Champion and own Supply Chain master data to ensure data quality and compliant operations.
- Own supply chain data analytics, dashboards, and reporting across NetSuite and connected systems.
- Provide reporting and data insights to support inventory management, planning, supplier performance monitoring and cross-functional decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility to support internal/external audits and financial reporting.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Finance, IT, Commercial and Clinical Operations as well as external suppliers to align workflows and integrations.
- Train and support users to promote strong system adoption and consistent data practices.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide system initiatives impacting supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., business analyst, supply chain planning, etc).
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated success in leading projects to implement and improve supply chain related digital systems.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems system implementation and validation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Competency in building Power BI and/or Tableau visualizations. Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, etc.
- Must be familiar with GMP Quality systems and experienced with change planning and change controls.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; must adapt swiftly with focus on delivering to business needs as priorities change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and system roadmaps.
Washington State Pay Range
$132,613 - $149,470 USD
