Your Role at impact.com: Technology Partnerships Manager

Partnerships are at the heart of impact.com, not just enabling thousands of brands to develop their partnerships, but making sure we are a leading partner in our own right. Sitting within impact.com’s Product organization, impact.com’s Technology Partnerships team’s mission is to invite the ecosystem’s most innovative and valuable technology partners to our partnership platform and drive growth opportunities and a delightful experience for all of our customers.

Managers are responsible for launching, maintaining, and scaling joint customer revenue and adoption of  impact.com’s partners, such as ecommerce platforms, mobile integration providers, or credit link offers solutions, just to name a few. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with other business development managers, product and engineering teams, marketing, legal, sales, and customer growth teams. This is a key role for the product growth organization, requiring a blend of business development, account management, and product skills - all within a strong growth mindset.

What You'll Do: 

The Tech Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of Tech Partnerships Program lifecycle milestones, assisting in building engaged tech partnerships, and contributing to revenue outcomes for impact.com through our network of integrated partners. 

As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with internal, cross-functional business partners to drive the successful integration and adoption of our technology partnership portfolio across various partnership types, with a focus on strategic and high-growth partnerships.  In particular, you will support the seamless onboarding, integration, and enablement of the newest and highest-potential technology partners. You will work closely with the Senior Tech Partnerships Director Growth Lead and senior staff to drive an internal operating cadence that tracks, monitors, and communicates key outcomes of our tech partner portfolio, including the launch of new partnerships, customer adoption of integrations, and revenue generated from our technology partners. 

From a product perspective, you will support assessment of new strategic growth opportunities, including high-potential partners / partnership categories that align with the program’s objectives and ecosystem. You will also collaborate with Product squads that manage integration development and our API infrastructure, providing support in coordination and information gathering. Additionally, you will drive internal enablement efforts by helping to prepare and disseminate information to sales, marketing, client success, and other internal teams regarding partner value propositions and integrations, as well as supporting the Program Lead in preparing internal operational reviews.  

What You Have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, operations, project coordination, account management, or a related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience or strong interest in technology or product partnerships.
  • A track record of contributing to team goals and supporting the achievement of KPIs.
  • Experience assisting with event coordination or logistics is a plus.
  • An exceptional communicator – written and verbal; you put time and energy into your communications and enjoy speaking with people.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, you're capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks without overlooking details.
  • A natural networker, you thrive on talking to people and forging connections.
  • An energetic self-starter, and hungry for wins, for growth, for success, for knowledge.

Preferred: Experience in the partnership / affiliate / influencer marketing industry, or digital marketing.

Salary range: 

$120,000.00 - $135,400.00 plus a 5% company performance target and eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
