Your Role at Impact:
The Global Clearinghouse Specialist (GCHS) is a detail orientated individual with the ability to work in a fast paced, high responsibility environment. The GCHS is ultimately responsible for the processes involved in running our day to day Global Clearinghouse operations.
The GCHS also aids in specifying improvements to the financial functionality of our product based on customer feedback. The role acts as a high level client interface on all finance related issues, trainer of CS Team on finance related matters, recommends, champions, and documents improvements to ensure self-serve and client satisfaction of our clients
What You'll Do:
- The GCHS is a team player with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness; recognized for a capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in dynamic and fast paced environments.
- Execute Media Partner Payments daily and capture Advertiser Deposit daily in line with SLA’s.
- Perform first time payee screening of Media Partner payments daily
- Processing of assigned clearinghouse operations tickets, logged via the IRACCT Jira software.
- Compilation of 1099 tax return documents at the start of tax filing season for all US Media Partners
- Updating assigned treasury bank account balance trackers daily
- Process “Do Not Pay” tickets and assist in ensuring all media partners are compliant and have accurate, complete and valid details to enable payouts.
- Creation of client statement of accounts, audit requests as required.
- Treasury account management of clearinghouse treasury accounts to ensure sufficient funds are available in the assigned accounts to facilitate payouts to media partners.The GCHS is to keep the GCM (Global Clearinghouse Manager) aware of low balances and assist in forecasting.
- Daily bank reconciliations to be performed within operator along with the updating of payment statuses in the system.
- Execute Credit Memos, Manual Invoicing, Accounting Adjustments and Digital Wallet Transfers as they relate to media partner transactions
- Act as a knowledge resource for both internal and external stakeholders. Provide finance specific training as needed.
- Processing of partner transaction funding documents via tools such as Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, inhouse client ERP systems.
What You Have:
- 2 - 5 years of working experience in a similar business environment such as, technology, finance, banking or treasury companies.
- Problem solver, results oriented, timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy.

- Expert knowledge Impact Products - Finance Component
- Proficient with MS office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with Google Sheets/ JIRA advantageous
- Tax legislation US/ EU and other regions advantageous
- Relevant Finance Diploma/ Commerce Degree
- Microsoft Office Certification advantageous
- SQL certification advantageous
