Your Role at impact.com:
As the Manager of Strategic Planning & Operations for APJ at impact.com, you’ll play a central role in turning strategy into action across one of our fastest-growing regions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that combines Salesforce expertise, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to support our revenue and customer success teams. You’ll be the connective force across leadership, sales, and operations, helping us scale smarter and more efficiently through better systems, sharper insights, and aligned execution.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic initiatives in APJ, including OKR development, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Own and optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud instance, building automation, workflows, and scalable reporting for sales and customer success teams.
- Identify and drive process improvements across Revenue Operations, with a focus on efficiency, visibility, and data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Develop TAM analysis and present financial and strategic insights to regional leadership during QBRs and other planning cycles.
- Monitor lead flow, pipeline health, and quota attainment to ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue goals.
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, revenue operations, or sales operations, ideally in SaaS or Fintech.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflow design, automation, and reporting.
- Data Science skills desired
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
