Your Role at impact.com:
The Global Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and consistency of the organization’s global real estate and facilities portfolio. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with company goals. The Global Facilities Manager leads regional teams and partners with stakeholders across departments (People Excellence, IT, Finance, etc) to optimize space utilization, manage vendor relationships, implement sustainability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in facilities services worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain our facility portfolio, including: leases, obligations, TI, budgets, key dates/terms.
- Oversee repairs and operations to ensure compliance and minimize downtime.
- Lead efficient facility space management and planning for growth.
- Source and manage vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and other departments to ensure workplace environments are safe, functional, and supportive of employee well-being.
- Further standardization and equitable experiences across locations.
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across all sites.
- Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed facilities team.
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, PMP) or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in facilities or real estate management, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-site role.
- Strong collaboration skills across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with IWMS tools (e.g., OfficeSpace, SpaceIQ), project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and service request systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong knowledge of lease administration, TI budgeting, construction management, and workplace strategy.
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance regulations, sustainability practices, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
