Your Role at impact.com:
As the Senior Manager of Publisher Business Development at impact.com, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our platform's reach and revenue potential. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding publishers to our marketplace while simultaneously promoting and selling value-added services. Your expertise in the platform, combined with your sales acumen, will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Publisher Recruitment:
- Identify and target potential publishers through market research, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality publishers to our platform.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the publishing industry.
Onboarding and Training:
- Guide recruited publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
- Provide comprehensive training to publishers on how to maximize their revenue potential using our platform's tools and features.
Publisher Growth:
- Responsible for the strategic development and expansion of assigned book of growth publisher relationships to drive revenue and growth.
- Working closely with the data analyst to identify growth trends and opportunities for publishers
Revenue Generation:
- Offer and sell premium services and solutions that align with publishers' needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- Develop customized revenue generation strategies for publishers to increase their earnings.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless publisher experience and maximize platform potential.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in publisher business development within the digital media or affiliate marketing industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment
- Team-oriented, coachable, self-starter
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.
Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000 per year, plus a 25% Variable Commission Plan (for an annual OTE of $175K-$200K) and a generous stock (RSU) award.
