Your Role at impact.com:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, strategic, and confidential support to our Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). This is not a traditional scheduling role — it’s a critical business partnership with two executives leading functions central to our company’s success: delivering an outstanding customer experience and building a high-performance, engaged global workforce.
You will anticipate needs before they arise, protect and optimize the executives’ time, and ensure they can focus on their most strategic priorities. You will also be a key connector between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, operating with diplomacy, judgment, and absolute discretion.
In this role, you will combine operational excellence, business acumen, and emotional intelligence to create impact at the highest levels of the organization.
What You'll Do:
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage complex calendars for two executives, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring optimal prioritization of time.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions for leadership, board, customer, and cross-functional meetings.
- Handle a high volume of inbound requests, ensuring executives’ focus remains on high-value initiatives.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and executive summaries with a high degree of polish and clarity.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics across multiple time zones.
- Organize leadership offsites, customer advisory boards, and company-wide events, including vendor management and budget oversight.
- Capture meeting minutes, track deliverables, and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted liaison for internal and external contacts, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate information flow and collaboration.
- Represent the CCO and CPO with tact, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity in a global environment.
Process & Project Support
- Partner with Chiefs of Staff, other EAs, and business operations teams to streamline executive workflows.
- Maintain department documents, dashboards, and reporting trackers.
- Support special projects, including organizational initiatives, customer programs, and people experience projects.
What You Have:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders, ideally in a global technology or high-growth company.
- Track record of managing multiple executives and complex calendars across time zones.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite, plus collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate autonomously.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting both customer-facing and HR/People functions.
- Event planning and project management experience.
- Familiarity with global business cultures and practices
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
