Your Role at Impact:
As Senior Marketing Development Representative, you will be the first line of contact at Impact responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of Impact. Using a multitude of sales methods and tools, you will discover, plan and prospect new accounts that will drive long-term success for our customers and our business.
What You'll Do:
- Consistently achieve or surpass quota by executing the omni-channel inbound prospecting strategy and generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Respond promptly to inbound contact forms, inquiries, web chats, and emails, providing informative and helpful responses to assess prospect needs and qualification.
- Efficiently qualify potential customers, educate prospects, and build interest, urgency, and credibility during conversations.
- Use sales tools effectively and record relevant contacts, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce daily, following established processes.
- Apply impact.com's sales processes and methodologies to engage target contacts and convert conversations into opportunities.
- Meet response time SLAs for inbound inquiries, ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for customers up to their first salesperson meeting.
- Provide valuable market and messaging feedback to leadership to help improve the company’s selling strategy.
- Work systematically and meticulously to achieve KPI goals, demonstrating urgency, thoroughness, and tenacity to create a strong first impression with prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing on cross-team initiatives such as industry events, demand generation campaigns, and content to support pipeline growth.
- Actively pursue self-improvement in process and execution, support team member growth, and display initiative and proactivity in daily work.
What You Have:
- Shadow Senior BDRs to learn best practices and “how-tos.”
- Develop strong customer service skills.
- Strengthen oral and written communication skills.
- Build persuasive communication abilities.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's Degree required,Master’s degree a plus
- Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.)
- Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with all critical business functions - Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product, Tec hnology and Finance
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
- Above all else - hungry, humble and smart. Self-motivated and can get passionate about m arketing & technology
- Fluent in Chinese and English
