Your Role at impact.com:
The Product Enablement Intern supports the Product Enablement team in building, testing, and improving in-app guidance and educational experiences that help users succeed with the impact.com platform.This is a hands-on learning role designed for someone early in their career who is curious about how product education, UX, and digital adoption intersect. The intern contributes to real enablement projects while learning core skills in product communication, guide testing, and cross-functional collaboration.Interns work closely with experienced Product Enablement Specialists and have the opportunity to develop the capabilities needed to grow into a full-time specialist role after the program.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the creation, testing, and maintenance of in-app guides and learning resources under the guidance of a Product Enablement Specialist.
- Participate in QA and review sessions to ensure content and guides are accurate, user-friendly, and visually aligned with the product.
- Maintain and organize documentation such as launch checklists, feedback logs, and process notes.
- Help track engagement metrics and compile reports on guide performance.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and brainstorm creative ideas to enhance the user learning journey.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Product Design, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and process discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable taking detailed notes and writing documentation.
- Curious, creative, and eager to understand the user perspective.
- Ability to prioritize, follow direction, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in digital adoption, product enablement, or user experience design.
- Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
