Your Role at impact.com:
As the Channel Partnerships Executive for SEA, you will be the driving force behind expanding our ecosystem of agencies, consultants, and tech partners across a rapidly growing market. You aren't just managing accounts; you are a strategic prospector and educator, identifying high-value alliances and building the foundational relationships that fuel our regional footprint. This is a high-growth opportunity for a results-driven operator who wants to master the art of channel sales and play a pivotal role in scaling impact.com’s presence in South East Asia.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect the Partner Ecosystem: Evaluate and blueprint new channel partners across SEA, identifying key agencies and tech integrations (CDPs, MMPs, eCommerce) that align with our growth goals.
- Drive Outbound Excellence: Execute proactive outreach and messaging cadences to secure high-value meetings, ensuring a robust and commercially viable pipeline for the regional team.
- Own the Referral Engine: Manage the APAC referral program and internal CRM daily, ensuring every lead, interaction, and opportunity is tracked with precision to drive revenue.
- Fuel Partner Engagement: Support the preparation of strategic business reviews and collaborate with Marketing to develop co-branded materials that keep our partners engaged and informed.
- Master the Product & Market: Commit to becoming an expert in the performance marketing landscape and impact.com’s suite of tools to effectively handle objections and educate potential partners.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS products, preferably within a sales, business development, or partnerships capacity.
- A Strategic Communicator: You are fluent in English and possess exceptional networking, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Process-Driven Execution: You have experience with sales and outbound tools (like Salesforce or Salesloft) and an understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICCCC.
- A Growth Mindset: You are curious, tenacious, and resilient, with a deep-seated desire to take personal ownership of your results and professional development.
- Collaboration First: You are a natural team player who thrives in a hybrid, fast-paced environment and prioritizes long-term customer success.
Nice to Have:
- Direct experience in Channel Partnerships or Affiliate/Influencer marketing platforms.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or another South East Asian language.
- Existing knowledge of the regional agency landscape.
