Your Role at impact.com:

impact.com is building the future of commerce through trusted partnerships and the communities that power them. As the creator economy rapidly evolves, the company is investing in a Strategic Marketing Program Manager to lead the next generation of integrated, cross-channel marketing initiatives.

This role sits at the center of impact.com’s performance marketing solutions, shaping how impact.com brings its vision of the Partnership Economy to life. The Strategic Marketing Programs Manager will own both the strategy and execution of scalable programs that connect creators, brands, and partners—translating insights and trends into campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Success in this role means acting as the connective tissue between market insights, customer voice, creator trends, product strategy, and GTM execution to turn fragmented inputs into scalable narratives, programs, and revenue-driving campaigns.

What You'll Do:

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end development of strategic B2B and supply-side creator marketing programs, from concept through launch and optimization
  • Build integrated, cross-channel campaigns spanning content, lifecycle, paid, events, and partnerships
  • Align initiatives to core business priorities, including pipeline generation, product adoption, and customer growth

Creator & Affiliate Thought Leadership

  • Shape and articulate a compelling narrative around the convergence of creator and affiliate marketing that resonates with performance marketers
  • Partner with internal experts to bring forward data-backed insights and industry trends
  • Deliver high-impact campaigns, reports, and activations that position impact.com as a leader in the creator economy

Cross-Functional Leadership & GTM Alignment

  • Act as the central driver across Product Marketing, Sales, Content, Strategic Marketing, RevOps, and Communications to align messaging, timelines, and execution
  • Translate strategy into cohesive go-to-market activations across teams
  • Ensure programs are amplified across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Identify opportunities to extend impact through research, storytelling, PR, and sales enablement

Customer & Partner Marketing

  • Source and activate customer stories, creator success cases, and co-marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with customers, creators, and tech integration partners on joint campaigns
  • Develop programs that drive product awareness, education, and adoption

Performance & Optimization

  • Define and track success metrics across programs, including pipeline, CAC, engagement, and ROI
  • Analyze performance and generate insights to continuously improve outcomes
  • Communicate program impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership

What this role owns:

  • End-to-end strategy and execution of integrated B2B and tech partner marketing programs across owned and paid channels
  • Lead marketing initiatives with top-earning creators on the impact.com platform
  • Own partnership and paid thought leadership efforts for sponsorship package with a top industry trader publication
  • Translation of business priorities into scalable, data-driven programs that drive pipeline, product adoption, and revenue
  • Development of flagship campaigns and initiatives, from insight and narrative creation through launch and optimization
  • Cross-functional orchestration across Creator Consulting, Product Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Alignment and management of stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across complex, multi-channel initiatives
  • Definition and tracking of success metrics (e.g., pipeline, ROI, engagement), with ongoing performance optimization
  • Continuous testing, learning, and iteration to improve program effectiveness and efficiency
  • Elevation of impact.com’s voice and thought leadership in the creator economy through insight-driven marketing programs

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, or program management
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management experience and familiarity with assisting software 
  • Demonstrated experience building integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving measurable business results
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Key Knowledge Required

  • Background working within the creator economy, or with creators, influencers, and/or media partners preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, and project management tools like Asana and Jira
  • Experience executing co-branded research and/or thought leadership initiatives 
  • Familiarity with partnership automation, affiliate platforms, or creator tools a plus

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant
