Team Overview:

Our fast-paced, highly collaborative IT team is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Enterprise AI to lead how Impinj adopts and scales artificial intelligence across the company. Our own employees are your customers: you’ll learn how teams work, identify where AI delivers value, and shape a roadmap that turns emerging capabilities into measurable impact.

Anthropic is our enterprise AI foundation today. You’ll own the strategy for getting the most from it while evaluating the broader landscape of AI solutions as part of a cohesive, organization-wide AI technology strategy. Reporting to the VP of IT, you’ll be a senior individual contributor and the connective tissue between IT, business leaders, and the power users driving adoption across Engineering, Sales, and Service.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the enterprise AI product roadmap, prioritizing use cases based on value, ROI, and organizational impact
  • Partner with employees throughout the organization to discover, refine, and validate high-value AI use cases, translating day-to-day problems into a clear, outcome-driven backlog
  • Lead annual platform decisions and renewals for enterprise AI, including evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management
  • Shape the organization’s AI technology strategy, identifying the capabilities that will advance key business initiatives
  • Drive adoption and enablement across a broad employee base, equipping teams to use AI effectively and responsibly in their own workflows
  • Build frameworks to quantify value and ROI, and use them to guide investment, prioritization, and sunset decisions
  • Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure AI tools meet governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible use standards
  • Communicate roadmap, priorities, and outcomes clearly to executives, business leaders, and end users

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, including ownership of a product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization
  • 2+ years of experience with AI-specific products or capabilities strongly preferred
  • Experience with corporate-level AI or ML usage, and a working understanding of enterprise AI tools, their business applications, and their limitations
  • Experience establishing and rolling out ROI based prioritization models for stakeholders and users
  • Experience leading change management, enablement, and adoption for new technology across a diverse user base
  • Strong vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor-management skills

Purpose: At Impinj, we are committed to using technology to improve our processes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and fairness. This policy outlines the permitted uses of artificial intelligence (AI) in our recruitment process for both candidates and our hiring teams.

How Impinj's Recruiting team uses AI:
1.    Interview Scheduling: AI-powered scheduling tools may be used to coordinate interview times between candidates and interviewers. This ensures a more efficient and convenient scheduling process for all parties involved.
2.    Skill Assessments: AI-based assessments may be used to evaluate specific skills relevant to the job. These assessments are designed to provide an objective measure of a candidate's abilities. Results from AI assessments will be considered alongside other evaluation methods to ensure a comprehensive review of each candidate.
3.    Interview transcription: With a candidate’s verbal consent, we may use AI to transcribe and summarize our interviews to reduce reliance on manual notetaking during an interview.

Candidate Expectations:
•    Preparation: We encourage candidates to use available resources for preparation. This includes conducting online research, engaging with professional networks, and asking clarifying questions.
•    Live Interviews: Candidates may not use AI to supplement their performance during live interviews, complete take-home assignments, or for sample work submissions, unless explicitly instructed or agreed upon by a member of the Impinj Recruiting team prior to the live interview or otherwise in advance of the assignment. We want to see your independent ability to think and perform.

Impinj reserves the right to disqualify candidates based on the necessary skills and qualifications for the role(s) in which they’ve applied. If a candidate is reasonably suspected to be using AI during without pre-approval by a member of the Impinj Recruiting team, the candidate may be invalidated for the role.

Voluntary Self-Identification

For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

As set forth in Impinj’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.
