Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for oversight of multiple campaigns across different pharma companies and therapeutic areas to drive overall success and implementation. You’ll act as the day-to-day client contact in partnership with the associate director on the account, managing campaigns from kickoff to completion. You will work with the pharma client, agencies, and all stakeholders involved to understand brand goals and strategic imperatives, aligning them with campaign content and strategy. You will lead in taking content through Medical Legal Regulatory review to gain approval, and work with the internal teams to successfully implement. Upon campaign completion you’ll work to understand the metrics and craft the data using storytelling to prove success and provide learnings to the client.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Support coordinator in creation of externally facing client decks to be used for kickoff calls, metrics readouts, status calls, and all things client delivery
- Serve as day to day liaison with client and internal teams to ensure timelines are being met, client needs are being delivered, and communication is clear
- End to end handling of MLR review including QC of submission documents, submission and annotations, attending live review calls and making needed revisions, and ultimately managing approvals
- Work with the client to create short form SMS content for campaigns using internal best practices and insights from our council of HCPs
- Constant communication between you and our development team on campaign launch dates, guarantees, timeline, and campaign target lists
- Work with data and analytics team on metrics reports and readouts
- Liaise between the client and our data team to ensure we are onboarded to send PLD data to the client in the format they request, in a timely manner
- Own quality control of all client facing materials
Experience:
- 3-4 year’s experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar
- Veeva and MLR submission experience is a must
- History of working with clients to craft campaigns in the HCP space (open to experience in DTC) to meet client goals and deliver on time
- Proven history of building successful client relationships, preferably with brand managers at pharmaceutical companies / agencies
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to think quickly and problem solve
- Ability to work in a fast paced, tight deadline environment, an organized and autonomous worker
- Travel as much as 1x per quarter for team meetings
