Sr. Manager, Business Operations

Job Summary:

As the Business Operations Manager at Impiricus, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations across the business and driving growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational processes, drive data-driven decision making. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination to support our broader teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy
    • Support creation and implementation of business strategies in areas such as Sales, Finance, etc.
    • Implement strategies across teams with changes to systems, processes, workflows, etc.
    • Partner on cross-functional projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Bring a figure-it-out mentality to problem solving with ability to prioritize for quick fixes and long term solutions
  • Operational Support and Management
    • Develop project plans to drive towards company objectives.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and maintain transparency.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Impiricus teams to ensure information is distributed and acted upon
    • Support development of presentation materials for business needs
    • Support overall business needs as required across functions (e.g., contracting, insurance, systems management, etc.)
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track business performance metrics.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Experience:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Strong experience with CRM, Excel and Data Analytics platforms (Hubspot)
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
  • Strong project management and communication skills
