Job Summary:
As a Commercial Data Analyst at Impiricus, you will play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, supporting client-facing teams with actionable insights, and managing target list development. This position combines analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver valuable insights that enhance our client relationships and drive business growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Campaign Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics and identify key insights
- Create compelling data visualizations and collaborate with the Customer Success team on client-facing presentations
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign tracking
- Ad-hoc Commercial Analysis
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams with data-driven insights for client conversations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development efforts
- Analyze cross-brand performance and identify trends
- Prepare analytical findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Target List Management
- Execute and validate target list matches for client campaigns
- Develop and optimize target lists for campaign execution
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in list development
- Document list matching methodologies and maintain process consistency
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a role with quantitative analysis responsibilities
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization
- Experience in creating and delivering external-facing presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is beneficial
