Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our physician-facing brands and resource hubs. This role will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, building tools and apps for healthcare providers, and driving engagement through targeted campaigns and events. The ideal candidate has deep experience in healthcare marketing, a passion for creating impactful resources for physicians, and a data-driven mindset.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our physician-facing brands and engagement platforms.
- Create and manage tools, apps, and resource hubs designed to support healthcare providers.
- Drive awareness and adoption of physician resources through multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns targeting healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing to build brand recognition.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders to expand marketing reach.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
- Strong understanding of healthcare providers, their needs, and how to engage them effectively.
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital advertising platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Atlanta preferred (Remote options available for exceptional candidates)
