Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with strong tech recruiting experience, ideally in health tech and pharmaceutical sectors. This self-starter will manage full-cycle recruiting while building strong partnerships with hiring managers, maintaining organized recruiting data, and providing thought leadership to elevate our talent acquisition function. Additionally, this role will contribute to various HR projects to support the organization's growth and development. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical professional roles, with ability to immediately take over and improve recruiting processes
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver talent solutions
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent from health tech and pharmaceutical industries
- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, including evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals
- Design and implement efficient recruiting workflows to enhance candidate experience and hiring outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive recruiting data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Provide thought leadership on recruiting best practices, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our company culture and values throughout the recruiting process
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting tactics to adapt to changing market conditions
- Support and lead various HR projects related to employee engagement, onboarding improvements, culture initiatives, and talent development programs
- Collaborate with the HR team on cross-functional initiatives to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness
Experience:
- Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruiting, experience in health tech talent acquisition is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships with hiring managers and leadership
- Strong understanding of the software technology landscape and relevant skill sets
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with proficiency in ATS and recruiting analytics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated problem-solver who can work autonomously while driving results
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and sourcing techniques
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for specialized healthtech roles and knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare/pharmaceutical industries
