Job Summary:
Impiricus is seeking a creative and motivated Design Intern to support both our Marketing and Product design teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a design student to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup. You’ll collaborate closely with design and product leadership to build impactful visuals that support internal and external initiatives.
This 12-week internship will offer a well-rounded experience in brand identity, cross-functional collaboration, feedback and iteration, design handoff, and prioritization. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your portfolio with meaningful projects and gain mentorship along the way.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Design marketing assets such as social graphics, sales sheets, case studies, conference visuals, and branded templates.
- Assist with product design tasks in Figma, supporting the development of user-friendly product features and flows.
- Help maintain and update company-wide design assets and the Impiricus brand deck.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and People Ops.
- Participate in design reviews, iterate on feedback, and learn about handoff processes and design operations.
- Support the Lead Product Designer with visual design needs related to product and marketing initiatives.
Experience:
- Actively pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience through coursework, freelance, or internships.
- Strong proficiency in Figma; familiarity with design systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Must submit a portfolio or work samples with the application.

- 12-week paid internship with flexible start date.
- Up to 30 hours per week.
- $18/hour
