Job Summary

The Part-time IT Support Associate will oversee the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT environment, implementing technology solutions to support business objectives, and providing technical guidance to team members. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can maximize technology investments while working within a part-time schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
  • Monitor and maintain software licenses and hardware inventory
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Software Engineering team on integrations and system requirements
  • Manage IT budget and expenditures effectively
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT management or system administration
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and HIPAA compliance preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac environments
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) a plus
