Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to join Impiricus as an HCP Coordinator, serving as a crucial link between physicians and our industry partners. This role focuses on managing and streamlining healthcare provider requests across various service areas, ensuring efficient delivery of resources and support to medical professionals.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides prompt and professional responses to incoming HCP requests and communications to build rapport and strengthen the HCP connection to our service line.
- Coordinates with manufacturers, field reps, and other external resources to fulfill HCP requests efficiently.
- Independently manages open requests and tasks using Jira, ensuring clear prioritization and follow-through.
- Tracks and maintains data related to HCP interactions and service outcomes to support internal reporting and continuous improvement.
- Manages others by providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- May assist with the implementation of specialized initiatives, which may include deploying HCP feedback tools and facilitating outreach for HCP advisory boards, interviews, and survey opportunities.
Experience
- Active clinical license (MD, RN, PharmD, PT, OT, etc.).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical or healthcare experience.
- Experience with tracking tools, such as Jira or other project management tools, is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in healthcare-related software and documentation systems.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and comfortable communicating with physicians and partners.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate data tracking and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Travel as much as 1x per quarter for team meetings.
