Job Summary
Impiricus is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support campaign performance analysis and reporting. This role partners with Client Services and Engineering to analyze data, validate audiences, and deliver clear, actionable insights through reports and visual summaries. Ideal for a detail-oriented student in a quantitative field looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance data and help track key metrics.
- Support list match validation and audience performance analysis.
- Build Excel- or spreadsheet-based reports and visual summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Work with Client Services and Engineering teams to support data requests and cross-team projects.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Help develop repeatable templates and processes for ongoing analytics needs.
Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate insights through presentations, slides, or written summaries, translating complex data into clear and intuitive takeaways for internal teams and clients.
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools.
- Exposure to marketing, campaign, or performance data.
- Interest in or familiarity with the healthcare or biopharma industry.
Compensation:
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.
The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts. Candidates may participate in the cohort that best aligns with their summer schedule.
Cohort 1: June 15, 2026 through August 7, 2026
Cohort 2: July 6, 2026 through August 28, 2026
