Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused content leader to own and elevate our content ecosystem end-to-end. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, product understanding, and modern content creation—especially leveraging AI to move faster and think bigger.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how we communicate our value across every surface area: social, website, thought leadership, speaking engagements, video, and beyond. You’re not just a content creator, you’re a translator of complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social, web, video, decks, and thought leadership
- Translate product capabilities, technical concepts, and customer use cases into clear, engaging, and on-brand content
- Develop high-quality copy across formats: short-form social, long-form articles, website content, and executive-level materials
- Lead the creation of speaking proposals, conference content, and executive thought leadership
- Partner closely with product, sales, and leadership to deeply understand our offering and customer needs
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, accelerate production, and scale content output without sacrificing quality
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and touchpoints
- Create compelling sales and marketing collateral, including decks and customer-facing materials
- Identify new content opportunities and experiment with formats, channels, and storytelling approaches
Education & Experience
- Preferred Areas of Study: Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical Communication, Business Analytics, Product Management, or related technical / product-focused disciplines. We value candidates who can deeply understand technical products and translate them into clear, compelling narratives; regardless of formal degree path.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and runs with ideas from concept to execution
- Highly creative with strong instincts for what makes content engaging and differentiated
- A fast thinker and learner who can quickly get up to speed on complex products and industries
- Exceptional writer and editor with sharp attention to detail and tone
- Comfortable working with technical language and translating it into accessible, compelling narratives
- Experienced in using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency (Ex. ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Ambitious, resourceful, and energized by building something from the ground up
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, B2B, SaaS, or highly technical industries
- Background in storytelling for founders or executive brands
- Experience producing or directing video content
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $140,000 -$160,000
Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
