UX Director

PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:
- Responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing the execution of UX tactical plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across websites, CRM, and other platforms.
- Demonstrated product/project management experience across digital platforms from concept to completion
- Ability to craft responsive website experiences and cross-channel experiences
- Lead strategic council to both clients and internal assets around user experience
- Contribute to brand planning / tactical planning from a UX perspective with experience and creative teams
- Develop case studies and thought leadership to aid in new business efforts and service offerings
- Participate in the development and delivery of new business pitches and client-facing presentations
- Lead account-wide brand planning for any UX led tactics and work in tight collaboration with the Experience Strategy team to bring these ideas to life and sell them to the client
- Design and facilitate different types of internal and client workshops from discovery and ideation to alignment and planning
- Provide oversight and management on active projects and bridge communication between disciplines and clients
- Work with external partners and agencies, where necessary, to deliver products/projects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 8+ years (strategy, design background in digital agency preferred)
- Experience with pharmaceutical advertising required
- Design skills in Figma and XD, Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, QA, content strategy
- Solid background in UX, design thinking, and project management methodologies
- Good presentation and public speaking skills and an ability to translate complex concepts for audiences of all skill levels
- Strong UX research skills, advanced understanding in accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.0), usability heuristics and design principles
- Deep understanding of current and future digital, marketing, and technology trends across platforms
- Demonstrated product/project management experience across digital platforms from concept to completion
- Proven track record managing vendors and developing digital and UX talent.
