PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Participate in maintaining a steady cadence of outbound lead generation efforts with high-priority prospects across identified therapeutic categories.
- Track, monitor and report the agency’s prospective client pipeline using the agency’s CRM tool
- Partner with the New Business Team to share ideas and best practices to outside third party partners for lead generation
- Assist in drafting new business RFI and RFP responses, in partnership with senior leadership at imre
- Be a strategic partner to the Director, New Business in the agency pitch process and recommend ways to improve further
- Serve as a key contributor to agency pitch narratives in partnership with Account, Brand Strategy, Medical, Creative and Activation leads
- Maintain a knowledge database of agency case studies and thought leadership
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of New Business experience
- Pharmaceutical Advertising experience is highly preferred
- Ability to travel dometically (10-15%)
- Remote or hybrid in NY, NJ or Philadelphia

Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000/yearly
