Senior Account Executive (Pharma)

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Review & develop MLR submissions including QA
- Delivers high-quality work to clients
- Timeline Management and adaptation
- Client Status Reports & Budget Updates
- Support the development of and serve as role model for junior Account Managers (AAE/AE)
- Coordinate internal NB pitch development (meetings, timelines, capture and disseminate next steps across pitch team)
- Problem-solving skills to recommend approaches and methods
- Team player who encourages ideation and collaboration
- Lead internal cross-functional Status Meetings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors in Comms, PR, Marketing, Advertising or English
- 4+ years of account management within healthcare agency setting
- MLR expert internally and externally
- Strong project Management & Multi-tasking skills to administer multiple projects and prioritize workload
- Strong tactical and project execution skills
- Can champion the tactical execution and project development process (in partnership with Project Management)
- Account review and proofreading of tactics/projects as they move through the internal development process
- Can be on-site in Philadelphia or NY office 2x per week
Salary: $75,000-$95,000.00/annually
*Salary dependent upon experience & location
